Looks are very varied, as a whole probably Italy and Turkey (excluding Cyprus and Greece).

There`s a lot of them, but most of them are alpine-med and some are also gracile med.

Myceanan types mostly. Greek-looking undoubtly for the most of part, fit best the Aegean islands and the Pelonoponese.

I don't see any difference really to Sicilians. I don't think these look particularly MENA either.

Looks are very varied

Not really. In terms of facial traits, most are some type of Mediterranean, be it Alpine-Med, Dinaro-Med or East Med. In terms of pigmentation, there is absolutely no variation in hair or eye colour, though on the other hand there is in skin tone.

I think they all look quite distinctly Cypriot.

Only Marios Demetriades could pass in a number of countries, imo. The rest look distinctly Cypriot and most look Greek islander.

Funny how Sikeliot and other Med-centrics say that Brits are boring whereas Cypriots (and other Southern Europeans, to some extent) are so fascinating, when a random group of Brits (be they politicians or anything else) would be FAR more varied than this. Find me a lookalike for Lakkotrypis! He looks exactly like my mum's cousin.

This guy has some Berid influence. The spacing of the eyes and the lips especially.

To be honest, I see more variety in these Cypriots even though I think they all look distinctly Cypriot. But I do agree that there is too much Med-centrism and other ethnicities are interesting to classify too. It's just I've not learnt much about non-Med phenotypes yet.

To Cyprus, the Sicilians look more northern influenced. The darker types look quite unique.

It's just my opinion. I've said before that I am not really familiar with northern phenotypes, I am with Mediterranean phenotypes so it's easy for me to spot the differences in Med peoples.

The main difference between mainland Greece and Cyprus is that the mainland has pan-Balkan types, which are not so common in Cyprus.

It's just my opinion. I've said before that I am not really familiar with northern phenotypes, I am with Mediterranean phenotypes so it's easy for me to spot the differences in Med peoples.

But unlike the Cypriot politicians who, as you said yourself, look very distinctly Cypriot/Greek/Island Med, their British counterparts can pass in a number of places, ranging from Finland in some cases to Fuerteventura in others.

Yes but I really shouldn't have to state that. It's like me asking whether Udine has more northern influence than Catania. It's obvious. And I can't really tell if Sicily or Greece is more 'northern' because I've not been north of Delphi.

If I posted them as Sicilians you'd say they were Greek. Please, two Greek posters said they were mostly Greek looking. They (with the exception of two) pass as island Greeks, which is what they are. I'm not going to continue this discussion, I'd rather stick to classifications if anyone has anymore.

But to me at least the British variation is more obvious, whereas the Cypriot variation is more subtle. Anyway, like I said, these Cypriot cabinet ministers are a blend of East Meds, Alpine-Meds and Dinaro-Meds in the main.

Mix of Berids, Alpine-Meds, East Meds, Dinaro-Meds, Alpine-Meds and Pontids. There is also the odd Iranid or Armenoid.

I am surprised by the amount of Berids. It is probably the phenotype I saw most.

I've said quite often that Berid is common in Cyprus. In fact I'm starting to classify a fair few family members as Berid. This is why I think a fair few Cypriots fit in Spain, as Berids mostly do.
