Anyone who thinks this guy is an ethnic Kazakh is an idiot. Of course there are predominantly caucasoid-looking Kazakhs, but the guy just doesn't look Kazakh.

This guy is a mostly Europid form of the Turanid race, but yes, this is rare between the Kazahs, as the mostly Mongoloid form of the Turanids are rare between the Magyars. But can pass to Hungary or into a random European Tatar community.

maybe but he looks too russian to me. I dont think that scythians/saka there looked exact like russians because they had much more ANE and less WHG. But there would be some overlapp with east slavic people. He is a very atypical kazakh , i have never seen a full blood kazakh who looked not east asian and genetically they are very east asian unlike other turks in central asia.
