It is based in Tunja, where I have several relatives, and they play in Colombia's top division. Please bare in mind three things:
(1) As in many countries, Colombian footballers are very disproportionately Black/Mulatto. (2) Leonel Rios and Javier Sanguinetti are Argentinean. (3) If doing individual classifications is too hard, then a general one will do.

A spanish speaking south American with Italian surname could be always Argentian or Uruguayan. lel (despite he is mixed too)
These two nations should be to integrate Italians as a second language since half of the population of the countries is Italian.
The other:it's predominantly the visible african admixture, other looks part Amerindian and one or two Euro mestizos.
