If you mean Campanians, maybe. Saying they are akin to Apulians, Lucanians, Calabrians and Sicilians is a bit of a stretch, though.

To me they just look "Med" and very strongly so. I do think they have less 'eastern' in their features than do Sicilians and Calabrese but at the same time a few of these guys can pass in the Levant just fine themselves.

I don't see any who can pass anywhere in North Europe.
