Hard to say, because Jews have variety of ethnic divisions with each having their own distinct admixture. Ina Carten, who is the hostess of the popular cooking show on food network, is Jewish and she look no different from other northern europeans.

I think the second girl look more typical but there are plenty of Jews who look like the first woman.

Actually, like in most if not all ethnic groups, Jewish women tend to be lighter than Jewish men; thus she is at the darker end of the spectrum for Jewish women, but I agree that many Jewish men at least can be even darker.

To me, Jews' phenotypes are mainly Mediterranid based; Armenoid, some Dinarids, some Atlanto-Meds, pretty much anything Med.
The first example Elisabeth Badinter seems more Central European than she does Jewish.
