A lot of models tend to have unusual features which makes them stand out in a crowd. Large eyes and round faces are seen on a lot of models, like Gemma Ward and Jessica Stam, etc, but this model has extra-large eyes.

Dolls and anime characters tend to have extra large eyes and round baby-like faces on them to make them look instinctively cute to the human eye and mind.
