In my native country and language (English) her first name has a funny meaning as female genitals in the UK.

Fanny is a fairly common name here. Well, not common, though not unheard of neither. I'm aware of the name's meaning in the UK. By the way, my grandfather's named Willy. With such a name you can also better opt for changing it were you to migrate to Britain.

Willy can be modified slightly and shortened to Wills, like Prince William is often referred to as 'Wills'.
I think a female called Fanny would want to change her name or use her middle-name instead if she moved to Britain though. ;)

Looks like what she is: French. A mix of Aryan, CM and minor Med-Alpine. Passes as Italian, too (in which case she would be Italic inheritance).
