I'm 320190. Apparently I belong to oldest (and most unique) sublcade of M269. Plus it's nice to be on top

About the case of "Icebreaker" we spoke a lot on Anthrogenica. These are his data:
320190 Laz, Mehmet, b. 18xx and d. 1930 Turkey R-M269
12 25 14 10 11-15 11 12 13 13 13 29 19 9-10 11 11 25 15 19 29 14-16-16-16 10 10 19-22 15 17 17 16 35-39 12 12 11 9 15-16 8 10 10 8 11 10 12 23-23 16 10 12 12 14 8 12 22 20 12 12 11 13 11 11 12 12
320190 Laz, Mehmet, b. 18xx and d. 1930 R1b1a R-P297 L23-, PF7563-
The interesting thing is that this R-M269 would be the first to be PF7563- (we don't know so far his position as to the other PF SNPs), whereas so far we have the three subclades I spoke about on Anthrogenica:
1) PF7558/PF7562/PF7563
2) PF7558/PF7562/PF7563/PF7566/PF7569
3) all the other Sardinian SNPs
Of course next tests could say something more careful.
But is seems that this Laz haplotype is linked to this other from the same region:
240735 Georgia,Chiatura,Yasha Kebadze->KZ-Michael,Oleg Kazakhstan R-M269
12 25 14 10 12-14 11 12 11 13 13 29 17 9-10 11 11 24 15 20 29 15-15-16-16-17 10 10 17-23 15 17 18 15 34-35 12 11
which has YCAII=17-23 like the most part of the Italian R-M269 (and only the Russian Smirnov). Of course it will be interesting to ascertain if Italians derive from Caucasians or the other way around, also because the origin could be old or due to recent events:

This is what I got from the project admin

Congratulations for your Big Y results! You are positive for PF7562, negative for PF7563 and no call for PF7558. You are the first person with such results. Currently we have all of the three SNPs at the same level at ISOGG but we will have to change this. On our experimental tree we have more SNPs on the same level - you have them all except for 22263104, 14579448 and 22263103. I can't tell if you are negative for PF7558 and for these three or simply you haven't been tested for them. We can check this in your BAM file. You can request it from helpdesk.

Afrer I've sent him my BAM-file:

PF7558 ?
PF7562 T+
PF7563 G-
22263104 G-
22263103 G-
14579448 T+

So what actually happens here is that you are no call for PF7558. It is very clear that SNPs 22263104 and 22263103 are negative. All other people from the PF7562 branch are positive. You are also positive for 14579448 but you have only six reads at this position and this is why FTDNA hasn't reported it. So the tree will have to be corrected slightly.

I have oredered SNP PF7558 and i've sent my bam file to both Y FUll and Full Genomes for analyses. I think R1b people, especially those who belong to M269 should appreciate my dedication :D
