He looks like a nigger. Papuans are very diverse, though: from Australoids to quasi-Negroids to simply unclassifiable people with quasi-Caucasoid features, light brown skin and HUGE nose.

I know jiggaboos and that there looks very much a jiggaboo.

They are Nig Nogs.
