I think if they know nothing about his Mexican ancestry, would be perceive as "white" in U.S. I have known of many cases like this. It happen with my relatives who are pred. Euro, they are white untill they know their origins or see they are Spanish speakers, they turn into Hispanic or Latino race. They get tell things like I thought you were white or you look white. Even tho their pred. Euro. I see the same scenerio here with him.

He doesn't look Italian... he has a clear Mongoloid influence. I can see how you'd be fooled by the name, but not by his eyes. Amerindian is obvious. His grandmother looks almost Asian.
