Libyans are genetically in between Maghrebians and Egyptians. They are not full Berberids like some Moroccans, but have Aegyptid/Arabid and Nilo-Saharan infleunce.

in the case of people from Cyrenaica yes, Tripolitania is part of the Maghreb. Libyan Berbers (ex some Tuaregs) can pass in all NWA.
