You are right, but this is entirely because the term is used improperly. In its proper usage, it should mean "inheriting Old Turkic phenotype", which was a Caucasoid-influenced Mongoloid type. Original posted girl has nothing to do with Turanid, but looks more like pure Pontid. Pigmentation is from tanning salons...
