8-9 year old lucifer movie?

About 8-9 years ago me and parents watched a movie about this little girl and her mom who was dating this guy and he turns out to be an affiliate for the devil and the little girl is somehow a conduit to god meant to stop him. It had the best manifestation of the devil I have ever seen in a film, a mass of rats congealed in a swarm and formed the devil, it was very well animated, as well as the gargoyle statues outside the little girls room. The main guy actor had curly black hair and was sorta scruffy looking, I have been trying to find this movie for years now and have been unable to, if you know it please post it!

Yes was new and was a medium sized film, the main actor was notable but I can't remember any of the cast or his name. =/

No I checked that movie, sounds similar in story but it isn't it.

This movie had a scene where the main character was in an alley talking with this guy about good and evil and the devil gave a bum lighter fluid and he poured it over himself then wind blows out match and devil uses his cig he smoking to burn him anyways, that was a scene in it I remember. It was good movie, I must find it.
