The article I posted is new but I see the original paper was written in 2014. You could have linked the older TA thread.

Does this quantum equation acount for the facts, specifically, the relationship between red-shift and distance (spacial and temporal)
and the observed fact that as radio sources, galaxies are closer together the farther away in space and back in time they are observed ?
These facts ARE explained by the evolutionary cosmology (a.k.a. "Big Bang Theory")
