Honestly, I don't see any Turanid (Mongoloid) traits in his face. But I can see more pred. Pamirid + Caspid (Iranid) or Taurid.

I see a little bit, hence why I said Pontid / Turanid ... But yeah your classification is good as well. The man could possibly fit in Europe too.
