I tested both SNPs J-319, which is my main haplogroup and J-M410 and both tested positive. I would like to know more, but there is hardly any information on either, especially the M410. I've been researching and feel like i'm not getting anywhere.
I would appreciate any information on the prevalence and origin of these SNPs.

You belong to Y-DNA haplogroup J2a. Read this.
