Does/did anyone read the comic? I started with the TPB's/HC and then the first issue I bought was #49 in 2008. I was reading a lot of disaster/apocalyptic/zombie books then and came across TWD (http://www.thewalkingdead.com/category/comics/) at Borders. I bought most of the issues from 49-68 but stopped when they introduced the gay dude. I also bought issue #2 (http://walkingdead.wikia.com/wiki/Issue_2) (for $12) and #4 (cant remember what I paid), not sure how much they are worth now but sure wish I would of bought 50 copies of #1 (http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/walking-dead-no-1-sells-390758) (I do have a reissue) and a few other early issue's. A little over a year ago I bought a few in the #115 area but was kinda confused by the Dreadlocks guy (http://i1.wp.com/www.badcomics.it/wp-content/uploads/TWD_027_coverZWVE_WEB.jpg?resize=1273%2C1170) with a tiger (https://images.search.yahoo.com/images/view;_ylt=AwrB8o_daAFVNFMAMw2JzbkF;_ylu=X3oDMTIyaG wwbDFrBHNlYwNzcgRzbGsDaW1nBG9pZANmMTYwOGQ5MGZiNDRk ZjA5YTEyNDI0NDk2ZDMwMjY1ZARncG9zAzgEaXQDYmluZw--?.origin=&back=https%3A%2F%2Fimages.search.yahoo.com%2Fyhs%2 Fsearch%3Fp%3DTHE%2BWALKING%2BDEAD%2Btiger%26fr2%3 Dpiv-web%26hsimp%3Dyhs-001%26hspart%3Dmozilla%26tab%3Dorganic%26ri%3D8&w=703&h=533&imgurl=static1.wikia.nocookie.net%2F__cb2013121120 0330%2Fwalkingdead%2Fimages%2F4%2F45%2FShiva%2527s _Last_Stand.jpg&rurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwalkingdead.wikia.com%2Fwiki%2FS hiva&size=183.8KB&name=Shiva%26%2339%3Bs+Last+Stand&p=THE+WALKING+DEAD+tiger&oid=f1608d90fb44df09a12424496d30265d&fr2=piv-web&fr=&tt=Shiva%26%2339%3Bs+Last+Stand&b=0&ni=21&no=8&ts=&tab=organic&sigr=1178mn48t&sigb=13thkq70s&sigi=12uqesvj7&sigt=10mfg12b1&sign=10mfg12b1&.crumb=SntOPFWURWi&fr2=piv-web&hsimp=yhs-001&hspart=mozilla). I don't think I'll buy anymore although the HC's are kinda cool they have larger pages, although the omnibus is even bigger and better but would never play that much money.

HC (http://www.amazon.com/Walking-Dead-Continuing-Survival-Horror/dp/1582406197/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1426155380&sr=8-1&keywords=walking+dead+hardcover+1) - Hard Cover book, cotains 12 issues and is slightly larger then the TPB.
Omnibus (http://www.amazon.com/Walking-Dead-Omnibus-New-Printing/dp/1607065037/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1426155339&sr=8-1&keywords=walking+dead+Omnibus) - contains 24 issues and is larger then the HC
Compendium (http://www.amazon.com/Walking-Dead-Compendium-One/dp/1607060760/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1426155283&sr=8-1&keywords=walking+dead+compendium+1) - which I didn't mention but it has 48 issues, not sure of the page size
Is the comic or the books (I assume the books are) available in Europe?

The comic was originally criticized for it's lack of diversity.
