also what classification would he fall under and why?

He looks rather pink-faced, which is something I attribute to northern Germany and that surrounding area, especially England. But his hair and eyes are dark such that I believe there is a very "dark (hair and eye color)" recent ancestor, possibly even a parent. The nose says European 100%.

His mother has red hair and blue eyes. his father used to have black hair and a beard and blue eyes
he actually has dark blue eyes

Looks English ? Yes. Not all in U. Kingdom has blue eyes, blond hair.

Pigmentation of an Atlantid, but in terms of cranial features he actually looks Alpinid/Dinarid - don't know if that's just me...
