Check the next video for the girl (not the kids), classify her, and tell us where else in Europe, do you think she could pass:

France.
The man in the video is pan-southern though, potentially also passing in some West Asian countries.

Not sure about her classification, but before you ask she could almost pass as a not-too-typical Brit were it not for her eyes, and she fits quite well in Colombia. Perhaps somewhere between Alpine and Berid?

And you got me there. So I don't need to ask this time :)

Fact? I was living in Spain for 5 years, so the fact is your personal opinion in my view

There is a pigmentation gradation in the Iberian peninsula, in which generally the more west and more north, the lighter they're on average, but still, this gradation is very small and gradual, and the pigmentation differences between the different Iberian regions (even comparing the darkest with the lightest) are minimal and hardly noticeable.
With this said, Northern Portuguese must be more or less on par with the lightest Iberian regions (Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, La Rioja, Navarre, Castilla-Leon, Aragon and Catalonia) and just slightly lighter (not much of a difference) than Southern Portuguese, people from Extremadura, Murcians, Andalusians, or Valencians, to name some.
And Southern Portuguese might be slightly lighter than Murcians or Andalusians (to name a few) but again: not much of a difference.
