I would say French and German cultures are the most refined in Europe (beside Italian one). You really don't mess with their philosophy, literature, music.

For the sake of diversifying responses, I'm going to say that the South American/Central American countries fascinate me. I've been told by an Argentinean girl I know that my unique cultural attitude (Serbian background, Australian born-and-raised, assimilated but still with a very heavy European tinge) would fit in perfectly in Argentina, and that I apparently have a very "Argentinean" attitude to life. Also, seeing Iberian colonial culture mix with native culture would be quite fascinating, especially in Mexico.

I've always had a deep fondness for Mexican culture, especially that concerning its relation to the US, and the history of the Rio Grande/Sonoran area in the 19th-20th Centuries. Would love to one day visit places like the Alamo, El Paso, Sonora etc (and hopefully not be abducted by a drug cartel lol)

I was obviously referring to classical music. Bach and Beethoven are the greatest composers of all time, in my humble opinion.

I'm very proud of my Scandinavian heritage and culture, and I think it's definitely quite beautiful.
The Scandinavian culture(s) used to be impressively great at the time all decently educated people there were fluent in both French and German. Edvard Grieg and Jean Sibelius, Søren Kierkegaard, Ibsen and Strindberg etc. Some of the most influential painters were Carl Larsson and Edvard Munch. Swedish architects and Danish designers in the years 1890-1930 were probably the world's most talented.

After WW-2 (Hitler's faut?) they switched to English only and lost momentum. They virtually loosed contact with European civilisation. They became an insignificant sub-American provincial culture, producing just a few good films, some thrillers, and Abba.

I wouldn't say Mozart is German
Mozart defined himself as a German composer ("ein deutscher Tondichter")
