Turanid. He bears a striking resemblance to Cüneyt Arkin, who is from Eskişehir province which hosts a Crimean tatar diaspora. Although, even going by his name, (Tughrul founder of Seljuk empire; ruling military of the Oghuz turks that ruled Anatolia) it wouldn't surprise me if there was an eastern connection.
