Haplogroup H27

Hey guys,

Found out a while ago that my mtDNA was H27. I know that H is very common, but I haven't been able to find anything about the H27 subclass. Does anyone have any information on it? My direct maternal line is from Scotland if that helps at all.

My closest matches through http://dna.jameslick.com/ are H27, H27c and H27d. I'm getting my mtDNA tested further so hopefully I can be more specific then. I can't find very much on H27 either. I may get a better idea of its distribution through seeing where others live who tested with FTDNA and get the same. Which company did you test with?
