Dalits are all over both punjabs, 32% of Indian punjab is dalits. In Pak punjab % less but over all population simiar, probably 15% by some estimates.

And yes they do have arabic/persian surnames. Along with english names etc. Some muslim converts are known as sheikh, mussali. Some adopt high caste surnames like bhatti, khokhar, gill among christians and muslims.

in indian Punjab too we have charistian in districts like dhariwal .. They are considered lower to dalits.. their names are usually normal Sikh names ending in suffix maseeh.

See more pics i posted later on, she is not euro looking at all. Not even lighter type south asian. Anyway colonial descendent are known as anglo-indian, they are mostly found in India. So anything else is ancient.

LOl these phenos are product of centuries of migrations/climate adaptation blah blah and she is hardly euro looking though pseudo euro looking people do exist in ethnicities of northern Pakistan/Eatern Afghanistan( also rarely elsewhere) and they were always noted to exist by classical anthropologists.

This is not the case in our area. People skin tone does not depend on caste all the times. From where I come from Gujrat rural areas Kumehar caste is known to be lightest. Most of them have pale skin and lighter eyes. To give you exemple their girls have similar skin tone like afridi daughters but with light eyes. Yet kumehar is kind of low caste in punjab rural areas. I may post their pics some day. Its also not necerarly every kumehar look like them, but in our area they do.

Only some untouchables tribes have very dark skin. Yeah you can say kumehar are not actually untouchable but artisan caste, but still low caste compared to zamindar.

Another thing, under hinduism most of punjabi people are low caste people like jats, gujjars, arains, awans etc, and people who declared them low caste are actually quite dark like bhaiyas from UP/Bihar. So in punjab it does not matter as much as you think.
