89% of all 23andMe users, also african and mixed african people, got a neanderthal score higher than mine because my neanderthal score (2.3%) put me in the 11th percentile.
Do you know specific populations with low neanderth levels? is the admixture related with some specifical clusters?

I highly doubt that Sub-Saharan Africans and even African-Americans score higher Neanderthal percentages than you do. The vast majority of African-Americans have some European ancestry but they still generally do not score even 2% Neanderthal at 23andme. The highest score that I have seen for someone who is half Sub-Saharan African and half European in 1.8%.

I still doubt correctness of this tool, also the fact that admxiture with neanderthals happened dozens thousands years ago and europeans got very broad range from 2 to 4% is kinda strange, after all this time differences should've been minimal.

Yeah I do not think the Neanderthal tool at 23andme is very accurate overall either but it does show that Non-Africans tend to have higher Neanderthal scores than Africans do which makes sense still.

No the Neanderthal percentage reported by all current genetic testing sites is incorrect, what it actuallyis is the genetic differencebetween Asians,Europeansand sub Saharan Africansand it pre-supposesthat all Sub saharan African populations have no Neanderthal admixture which is simplynot true.
If you want a better estimate of your Neanderthal percentage you can download your raw genetic data from 23and me and run it through the felix Neanderethal calculator: http://www.y-str.org/2014/12/neanderthal-calculator.html
When I did this I got a result of 9.57 % Neanderthal which makes more sense because I have a bunch of Neanderthal traits ie: Fused molar roots seen this one when my wisdom teeth were removed, a chignon at the back of the head, a double arched brow ridge with a short hairline and a forehead that slopes backwards, barrel chested, double crown on 1st pre-molar, club shaped foot, flat footed (low arches) with a bigtoe being the longest, large joints, short forarms and shins relative to the upper arm bones, a longer than normal torso, bowed femer bones ( bowed towards the front not sides) bowed upper arm bones (bowed toward the rear) Large rounded pelvis size"38 waist at "5 "8, higher muscle mass 230 lbs, bony protrusions behind the ear (Temporal bone) and very large hands and feet, hands xl glove size, feet size 11 extra wide.
Again in wikipedia Neanderthals have been found to be 99.8 % Identical to modern humans, that's a 0.02% genetic difference, perhaps I'm a throwback, I have great trouble finding hats or touques that fit my big head,
hat size 25 Iq mensa tested 147 and I quit school in grade 9, If they were correct about Neanderthal percentage how is it that people like me have 90% of the observable Neanderthal traits??
My family are of Western and Northern European ancestry mostly English, Irish, Scottish, French, Belgian, with some Viking ancestry on both the French and English sides and some German admixture perhaps on the Belgian side.
