Granted, not many but she does resemble a friend of mine from Tallinn. She looks pan north East and Eastern euro to me.

More in Eastern Europe, Central Europe, France, UK and Ireland than in Northern Europe. Could also pass in southern Europe, but better in the formerly mentioned.

She looks very Pan-European.

I think so but her nose is a bit off. Most Northwestern Europeans have a pointy nose.
