Incels: How do you look at slayers

Slayers get an oligopoly on sex. 1% of men get 99% of the sex. Sure it's unfair, but is there a reason to hate slayers?. I mean, would incels look any less repulsive to women if slayers didn't exist? The slayers are just unshackled beasts who maximize their genetic advantage, it's not their fault.
