What has state or government to do with this, beside I don't find funny or appropriate to post a lamp or any specie with deformation due clear genetic mutation...That's totally uncool and unnecessity.

I think you are taking it seriously. I'd give Mother Russia a high-five for that, but she'd probably break my arm by accident.

No I'd rather not make fun of that or see as funny, genetic mutations can affect anybody, doubt you would speak in this manner if it affect a human close to you.
