Has any one seen this tool before? Someone posted it on another site and it seems really interesting. You have so be careful when you input the data because they don't always use the same letters as 23andMe. Generally C=G and T=A, but sometimes that's not the case and for some of the genes listed G and C are actually opposites so watch out. Apparently you can also upload your data, but it wasn't working for me so I just put my numbers in by hand.

Here's the link: http://www.erasmusmc.nl/47743/3604975/HIris?lang=en

Here are my results from the second part (which predicts both hair and eye colour):

Does anyone know how to interpret the results?

Do you understand the results? Could you explain my results?

Yes my friend, I think the long list with the SNP's and alleles numbers, etc is not so important.

There's the ,,Predicted phenotype'' table in every picture. I think the higher numbers mean you have more chance to get that trait. For example, it says you have the highest chance to get blue eyes (p-value 0.848) and the lowest chance to get intermediate eyes (p-value 0.088). I see this on the first picture, so it should work like that, I think.

Wow, thank you very much you have explained it super well.
So it seems that the page is quite bad, from what i have seen in the past gedmatch predicted eye color quite well.
