Taking art too far?

Let's start straight away, these pictures are not for the squeamish.

Tattooed art is great, people enjoy having them, but there is a new trend to enhance the tattoos you already have, surgically inserted enhancement.
Make up your own mind if you like the idea or not?

This are even more extreme examples of body modification. I'm against implants myself, since internal foreign bodies can cause serious injuries, allergies and infections. However, we own our bodies and everyone decides to have or not to have body modifications.

P.S. I'm tattooed, had labret and eyebrow piercings. Still have my 4 ear piercings.

I've watched a guy who tattooed his eyes in black. The combination green iris with black sclera looks super, however it's not worth the risk.

The thing of a implant right on the tatooed boobs makes me laugh but nonetheless I'd execute him on the spot , I don't know exactly why but I can't stand these people , they're freaks , to me the body is sacred.

Body modifications in some shape have been practiced by all cultures since prehistory for various reasons such as aesthetics, religion, cultural significance, etc, but there is no accounting for taste in some modern adaptations.

I am tattooed and have piercings and I'm not necessarily against implants, cuttings, scarifications if done tastefully and within reason but most of what I see is just plain stupid looking.
