Well,it's probably not the most rightful comparison since we're speaking for men vs women and whatever "cosmetics,beards" come with it but I think it's kind of interesting.
The men group(can be seen better at 0:57) seems to be from Central Athens,the capital of Greece where people of any Greek(and not only) origin live.
The women group(can be seen better at 1:42) seems to be from Naupactus (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naupactus),a small coastal town in Central-Western Greece overlooking Peloponnese with by the looks of it a non-prominent Asia-Minor Greek presence.
The show was aired on November of 2014,judging by the dressing style I would presume that it was filmed in summer-autumn so possibly some people are quite suntanned.

My observations:men as a whole look very brunette(not very typically for the place imo),women on the whole look more robust with kind of more alpinised noses although not necessarily that alpinized overall,2 first men and the 4th woman have kind of an interesting/odd to me look.
