VERY interesting Sicilian GEDmatch result.

From Partanna, an inland town in Trapani province. They have SW Asian and North African at normal levels, North Euro is not significantly higher than average, but Caucasian is very low! I've never seen one that was below 30% on Dodecad K12b.

Could this possibly be someone who shows some kind of Norman influence? I've always maintained that it isn't in fact Palermitans who have much Norman influence, but rather people from Trapani who would have it, should it exist. However, on GEDmatch K13 you see Tunisian appears in their top 20 matches, which happens for a lot of people from far western Sicily. So clearly, their MENA is not low.

The difference seems to be their "West Asian" (Caucasus) which is the first on K13 I've seen to be below 10%. Why would it be so low? What is going on with this result? It looks like everything is normal except some of the West Asian instead is gone, and is replaced by North Atlantic.

This person informed me that their entire family is light pigmented and has red or blondish hair. This is definitely an outlier result.
