there are a good bunch of Egyptians that look Near Eastern as far as I know btw. so even though I wouldnt say that this guy would be typical Egyptian probably I dont think that Egypt is a bad fit for him

The Lebanese looks the most Egyptian. The Ethiopian maybe could pass in the deep south of Egypt, the Nubian people which have a Negroid mix.

2nd passes best . 1st looks way too admixed but there are SOME in the south that are more Nubian looking. I look more typical Egyptian ( was even asked if I was once ). 3rd too south Asian

I don't think #2 passes in Southern Europe. He has distinct ME look.
#3 is out of the equation.
