I ordered my usual size 0 through Cupcakes and Cashmere Coupon Codes (https://www.couponoutlet.org/deals/shop.cupcakesandcashmere.com), but this skirt was falling off me. I measured the waistband and it's 29 inches. According to the sizing info, it should be 24 inches for a size 0. I wonder if they're all sized like this, or if it's some sort of quality control issue. The skirt is cute otherwise. Anyway, very annoying as I had planned to wear this to an event this week and now must return it and find something else :/
