Those videos just parrot the official Turkish position, funded by hundreds of millions of clams from Turkey, but they're argument fails to justify the premeditated mass-homicide perpetrated against Armenians, under the direction of the Young Turks, a century ago. Exaggerated claims of an uprising in 1915, are simply a pathetic attempt to make excuses for genocidal acts.

During the American Revolution (1776-1803), the British Empire was capable of doing the same thing against the rebellious elements of the 13 Colonies, but they new better, and they didn't even consider that kind of homicidal scheme. Why? Because they new better than to perpetrate mass homicide and genocide upon Colonial America. Turkish propaganda attempts to raise suspicion about an Armenian uprising have no more valid argument than would the British, who never fathomed such madness.

The Committee for Union & Progress (CUP), an extremist branch of the Young Turks, had seized power, and led the Ottoman Empire into extremist Pan-Turkish fanaticism, that ultimately led to the obliteration of Armenian Civilization in historical Western Armenia (aka present day Eastern Turkey). The Western Armenian Highlands rest in Western Armenia, generally acknowledged as the indigenous homeland of Armenians who perished in the Armenian Genocide (1915-1923).

Any talk about deportations is invalid, because many Armenians were killed immediately, before they could even be deported. For example, Armenian women and children, in Trebizond, were loaded into boats and deliberately drowned in the Black Sea: The Italian consul of Trabzon in 1915, Giacomo Gorrini, writes: "I saw thousands of innocent women and children placed on boats which were capsized in the Black Sea". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cemal_Azmi#cite_note-14
