Dunno about classifications but he looks like your run of the mill hard to pin European (sort of like Longbowman in that respect). IMO he can pretty much walk into any part of the European continent and 'pass' just fine. His family is Hasidic Jewish.

Reminds me of Ed Byrne actually (Irish comedian) but that could just be the 'comedian' look they both have, attire and whatnot. Both are funny blokes.
