Definitely FOTB West Africans.

They are congolese Africans as their features are paedomorphic and majority of African Americans are mostly of west African descents from the Windward Coast with African countries such as Sierra Leone, Gambia, and Senegal. They do not look like typical African Americans as they have some degree of European admixture and they have more robust neomorphic body structures than congoleses. They are most likely to pass as afro Brazilians in Brazil as most of them came from the congo due to the proximity.

They are a mixture of Bantu Congolese and Central African Pygmies in the photos.

Do they pass as Afro-Brazilians, Haitians or any other group with high Central African ancestry?

Individually some could, but as a group not really.
