Robbie Williams and his wife Ayda Field have been accused of sexual harassment by a former assistant.
Gilles De Bonfilhs, who was fired in January after working for the couple for a short time, alleges the actress shared inappropriate details about her sex life and asked him questions about his sexual habits.
According to TMZ, the former employee also alleges Field walked around in "various stages of undress" and asked him to answer questions and comment on her figure, and talked about her own intimate life with her husband.
Williams, with whom Field shares daughter Teddy, 2, and son Charlton, 6 months, is also named a defendant in the documents although there are no specific accusations against him.
A rep for Williams told TMZ, "The claims being made by a disgruntled former employee, after he was sacked for serious misconduct, are entirely without substance. Any proceedings will be strenuously defended."
