As i recall, Čedomir is always mocked for being gypsy and drug addict.
Besides, his surname is very common among gypsies, despite being Serbian surname originally.

That guy is minister of culture. Wierd but funny person. He was director of Belgrade's philharmonic orchestra, and he ordered posters to be printed with " THANK YOU FOR NOT COMING" on them. He later distributed them near all popular night clubs in Belgrade and similar :D
