Has a very weird look , doesent look mena but doesent look European exactly either. He's like a brunn berberid mix maybe ? He has cro magnid that could be from the brunn or berberid which is cm too. I've seen middle eastern equivalents to this extremely pale skin and orange hair but they were more euro looking also. Predominantly cro magnid

No, Kabyles are an actual endogamous group made of several tribes since the berber-speaking continuum with Eastern Algeria has been cut out in the 19th century because of arabization. Both the guy posted by the OP and the one you posted are part of the native variation. Your exemple is just esthetically less pleasing to the eye.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if he's real Tunisian, redhead genes also do cause pale skin, while it's not so visible in Europe you can notice that an extremly high percent of light or "Euro looking" MENAS are redheads. Remember the recent case with "black" and "white" mulatto twins?
