She doesn't look med, nor really east med either, almost Indian. Some mix are surprising sometimes.

She looks North African, can easily fit as Libyan for example. The people of the Canary Islands were North African people not much different than other North Africans. The more native Canarian ancestry the more Afro-Asiatic you look, nothing strange about it.

If she was from the Indian community we will see this in her surnames and it is not the case.
For me it is evident her Guanche ancestry.
