I assume you have attended an an "Orthodox" parish before though? I haven't had the pleasure of attending the Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom, though it is celebrated every Sunday at an Eastern Catholic parish in Edinburgh.

What is it like?

Well I wouldn't know where to start because I've never attended a Catholic parish or any other church for that matter to tell the differences between the two.

Fair point. I would not recommend finding a Catholic parish for comparison - I would hate for you to have to sit through the Novus Ordo..

I say my rosary, I go to confession, I get down on bended knee on Sunday to pay homage to my Lord who gave His Life for me that I may one day see the kingdom of heaven.

i support orthodox based christianity more than any denomination.
however where i live its either catholic or some form of protestant.
now that i am in the boston area for the summer i was thinking about visiting a coptic church for a mass

Any particular reason(s)?

i Had a conversation on a airplane with a coptic priest, i find that the oldest forms of christianity are something that we in the western world are rarely exposed to. catholic and protestant faiths are not the same as the much older more original churches that have been practicing longer and staying truer to the christian doctrines.
When i get back to Jamaica i will visit the eastern orthodox church later in aug

I shall disagree with your characterisation of the Latin-Rite sui iuris particular Church, but I none-the-less admire your motives. You're on the right track.
