Paul Benjamin "Ben" Mendelsohn (born 3 April 1969) is an Australian actor, known for his work in the films Animal Kingdom, The Dark Knight Rises, Killing Them Softly, The Place Beyond the Pines, Starred Up, Exodus: Gods and Kings, and Lost River. Mendelsohn currently stars in the Netflix series Bloodline.

I must say, I am suspect this man has any Levant ancestry, especially based on the second picture. If it exists, it would first exhibit itself in the nose, as might be the case in the first picture. The surname "Mendelson" hints at a somewhat recent newly-British ancestor of a German origin, though I base this on casual thinking, unresearched.

His father's family (I know someone that knows them personally as he's from my city) are Prussian-Jewish.

I know that he's Australian but his phenotype is also extremely common among White/NW Euro Americans. He reminds me of Paul Gleason a bit.
