The war between rappers Rick Ross and 50 Cent has escalated as their lawyers trade verbal blows.
When Fitty was sued by Ross’ baby-mama, Lastonia Leviston, over a sex tape she alleges he posted of her, he turned around and filed a suit accusing Ross of leaking the tape.
But Ross’ lawyer, Xavier Donaldson (of awesomely named law firm Donaldson & Chilliest), slammed Fitty’s move as “another attempt to draw attention to his descending . . . career and one of several desperate, last-minute attempts he’s made to avoid . . . responsibility.”
Fitty’s lawyer, William A. Brewer III, told us, “Our client believes [Ross] was squarely involved in the events leading up to the focus of this trial and will be held accountable in due course.”
