His features are similar to the people you posted.

We can only see the face of that one man and he looks very different from Kabir Bedi or Upper Caste Punjabis. The difference is more than just in complexion and facial metrics. Likely, the difference extends into autosomal as well.

The men behind him on left side have similar kind of indic features, the one in front not really. lol This doesn't mean he look like Bedi.

Kabir Bedi was of Punjabi/British origin and I would say he was NordIndid/Nordid mix?
