he would pass easily, but frankly my definitive guess would have been Swiss. I don't know a lot look like this, kind of a german, french, italian mix that stand out usually.

yes he's dutch, born and raised in japan, i guess the latter explains his hair and beard style

About ten years ago there was a trend to have hair like that with a headband in Italy and around. Hopefully that trend died...well not in Japan apparently.
