Some migrants reaching the shores of Europe after a dangerous journey across the sea have spent years on the road, travelling through the Sahara desert before finally getting onto a boat.Al Jazeera's Hoda Abdel-Hamid met up with a group of Eritrean migrants in Italy, that she had previously met in Libya a few weeks ago.They told her of their escape and hopes for the future.
