Yes, I cannot find any information to suggest he is of foreign descent. It might be the combination of Lappish plus Mediterranean admixture that has given him this weird look.

You never start a classification thread for Iberians with ....Atypical.
Maybe you don't know much about Iberians.

For sure, makes a more typical Turk than Scandinavian (though he is not Armenoid or Anatolid).

Armenoid and Anatolid are not the most common types in Turkey . there are plenty of (pure . without armenoid) meds , pontids-northpontids , turanids , alpines , dinarids , and a mix of those . for example pontid-turanid , alpine-med , alpine-turanid . turanid + med , dinaromed etc. etc. are very common

I know this. I just meant that these are the types that would really make him more typical for Turkey than for Balkan states.
I've been in Turkey and know Turks have a wide variety of looks.
Turkey also has Iranids and Nordid varieties. I have seen also some Gorids.

Hahaha

I wonder if you ever saw a Turk in real life.
They certainly don't look like they present themselves in media, films and TV series (often with uniformly fair skin and at least half with light eyes).

Turkey is diverse though. Im not going to make a generalized statement for a huge country. I have been all over the country before. But I have met Turks in America too, and the ones I met looked Armenian depsite being from Western Turkey. But he could pass as a Western Turk without a problem.

I would guess Turkish, honestly. Actually kind of looks like my best friend (who is Turkish) if you added 40+ years to his face, maybe it is the moustache, haha.

Would you agree he looks exotic even for Spain, let alone Norway?

I could imagine him being from pretty much anywhere in Southern and Central Europe.

He looks too "eastern" to me for Spanish, really fits best in the east med region, imo. He certainly does not look Norwegian at all to me, and maybe that is because I've never been there and don't have any friends from Norway, but still.

We had one user from Norway that was flat out Armenoid. This guy looks Dinaro-Alpine, does not look exotic for me in a Non-Euro way.
