Well, I don't know her full background, but judging from her last name it can be inferred that she has at least some Spanish ancestry.

I think she would also pass in Western and central Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, UK, Southern Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Northern and Central Italy, etc).

Well, I am almost sure that is very likely that she is either of fully (or mostly) Spanish descent, or an Italian/Spanish mix, like lots of Argentinians.
