Can this Taiwan aborigine actor from movie Seediq Bale pass as Amerindian or Native American?

If he can pass as Native American, what Amerindian group and phenotypical classification would fit him best?

He seems more Central/South American to me. I don't have a classification, sorry.

The Amerindians I am most familiar with are the Cree, but there usually not Silvid. They are quite tall though. He would fit more as Native Hawaiian who are descendants of these people actually.

Yes he can, he looks more central south Amerindian, but this also depends on how tall he is. North American Indians are tall less so the central and South Americans. The Eskimos are short.

Yes he can. I think he'd pass best as Iroquois. Or Native American from the American Northeast.

Yes, he'd also pass as any Pacific islander/Maori, an Ainu and some SE Asians. Before modern Mongoloids evolved these people were all across east Asia including Siberia, and they were likely the ones who made the trek across the Bering Straight, which is why Native Americans look so similar to Pacific islanders and various east Asian native groups.
