Because she is a pretty girl, a 10/10. And everyone wishes pretty girls were very common even though they aren't necessarily to be found on every street corner. Now if you had posted her extremely ugly sister, she would have been labelled immediately as a true foreigner or of foreign origin at least. Also, someone would be already explaining to you how her phenotype isn't really native and corresponds to 0.00001% of the population. :)

Honestly, I wouldn't exactly say her look is common. There is something about her I can't really place. Has a vague, generalized scandinavian look but baltic as well. If you told me she was Polish, I would look at it and say "Yeah, sure". From my experiences, I wouldn't say she's atypical for Poland either. So my best guess goes to it not being the dominant look, but not being the rare uncommon one either. Middle type.

In Poland it would be different, and probably would not stop only on "warning" anyone. There are many differences, we have food in Poland that people may overuse and become fat, but more people here care more about being fit that heavy.

There is fast food culture in USA. IMO Americans also like big cars, houses, meals. I was in a restaurant on my trip to USA. The size of the served meals were large. Not every man will eat it all let alone women.
